Styled 2 Ways – Spring Tablescapes
It’s time for another Styled 2 Ways with my blogging bestie MaryJo of Masterpieces of my Life. This month’s theme is spring tablescapes. I can’t wait to see what MaryJo has come up with! Here’s a sneak peek. So pretty! Be sure to check out her post next!

The Table: Crate and Barrel Outdoor Table in a Bag
Everything in this

I love how easily it comes apart and folds flat. Plus it comes in its own durable canvas carrying bag. It sets up in minutes on a beach, in a park, or wherever you might need it. The low profile means you sit around it at ground level, which immediately makes the whole experience feel more intimate and more deliberate than a standard

Plates
If you are looking for a budget-friendly spring option that still looks beautiful on a low table, the Better Homes & Gardens Bamboo Melamine Floral Dinner Plate from Walmart is a great find. The floral green finish is fresh and seasonal, and the bamboo melamine construction is durable, dishwasher safe, and completely unbreakable outdoors.

Flatware
The flatware is where you can bring in a little organic texture that ties the whole table together. This Bamboo 20-Piece Flatware Set from Amazon is a great pick for this setup. The bamboo-shaped plastic handles give each piece a natural, nature-inspired look that feels completely at home on a coastal tablescape. The stainless steel heads are solid and rust-resistant, the whole set is dishwasher safe, and it comes in at a price that makes bringing real flatware to the beach a completely stress-free decision. I must admit, I was skeptical about plastic flatware until I actually held these — the bamboo handle feels substantial in a wayI didn’t expect!

Wrap each set loosely in a linen napkin rather than laying the flatware flat on the table. This makes them easier to pack and carry, and it looks far more considered when you unwrap it.
Linens, Napkin Rings & Table Runner
The Cotton Linen Cloth Napkins from Amazon (similar to the ones I used) are a perfect pick for this

The napkins and bamboo flatware are held together by simple woven napkin rings. They also help keep the napkins from blowing away on the ocean breeze.
For a simple runner, I used a muted blue runner from HomeGoods folded in half and placed along the center of the table. It doubles for placemats and pulls the color scheme of whole tablescape together beautifully.
Glassware
Clear or colored plastic stemless wine glasses are the best choice for a beach

Don’t Forget the Centerpiece
No spring tablescape is complete without some sort of floral arrangement, in my opinion. This flower and greenery arrangement was all sourced from Trader Joes. The wild, natural look and muted blue tones are perfect for this tablescape. I put them in a small blue pitcher that reminds me of an octopus’s tentacles (my favorite sea creature.) When viewed against the waves and blue of the ocean, this arrangement fits in perfectly with the natural beach setting.

The adorable white candle holder is from West Elm. The Constellation Pierced Ceramic Candleholder collection comes in a variety of sizes and is perfect for when your
What to Carry It All In
This Better Homes & Gardens Rattan Picnic Basket from Walmart has scalloped edges and a generous size. Handwoven resin rattan over a durable metal frame with three compartments and a natural brown finish, it looks like it was sourced from a boutique coastal shop. It’s roomy enough to hold all the food, ceramics, and smaller objects. It’s such a cute and functional
