Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #603

Welcome to the Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #603!

I’m Bev from Eclectic Red Barn and it is my pleasure to host our party for September. We are still having some wonderful weather here in central Florida and we have been blessed so far with no hurricanes. Let’s hope that continues.

Our hosts may have changed over the years, but one thing still remains the same, our dedication to you – our readers – to bring you new and exciting content every week from your favorite bloggers.  We hope you enjoy exploring our link party as much as we love hosting it for you!

This Week’s Features

spicy orange chicken
Looking for an easy and light dinner recipe, then this Spicy Orange Shrimp dinner, complete with your vegetables and starch together is an excellent choice.

Chinese Chicken
Chinese chicken
Our very own Sinea is providing a family favorite meal. Stir fry Chinese Chicken with mushrooms is a simple, savory stir fry recipe that the whole family will love!

chicken pot pie
The Lou Lou girls have given us this Tater Tot Chicken Pot Pie Skillet  recipe. Imagine everything you love about a classic chicken pot pie — creamy filling, tender chicken, colorful veggies, cozy herbs — but instead of a pastry crust, we crown it with a golden halo of crispy tater tots.

ground meatballs
These ground meatballs made a delicious serving for 2 people. If you want more, double the ingredients. These meatballs were made gluten free by substituting gluten free panko breadcrumbs for the ones provided. Add any sauce that you like.

Slow Cooked Carnitas
carnitas
Carnitas (Mexico’s version of pulled pork) recipe is perfect because it has minimal prep, very few actual ingredients and tastes just as good in a taco as it does fresh out of the skillet by itself.

I think I speak for all the hostess’ when I say how happy we are to provide this space for content creators and readers to share and enjoy.  Please help us spread the word by sharing this party on your socials!
